How do I access my Jott Voicemail if I am calling from a phone that is not registered to my Jott account?
First you need to choose a pin access code. To set up your pin go to the Security section of my account, check the box next to “Require pin for access to call and retrieve your Jotts?”, enter in a 4 digit pin of your choice and hit save. To retrieve your voicemails dial your personal voicemail number (available here) and enter in your pin. Alternatively you can dial your own phone number, press “#” during your voicemail greeting and enter in your pin.
