Internap customers are required to contact their Client Service Leader (CSL) or send an email to billing@internap.com to request access to Internap’s Online Invoices. Upon approval you will receive an email with the subject line of “Internap invoice access account notification” that includes a user ID (email address) and a temporary password. You are required to create a permanent password. Use an Internet browser to access Online Invoices at https://customers.internap.com/iat/.
