How do I access e-books using the Library collection ebrary?

Before trying to access ebrary, you need to download the ebrary reader. It is available for a variety of web browsers on both Windows and Macintosh computers. You will only need to do this once (unless you use another PC to access ebrary). From the University portal or the Online Library home page use the ‘Search for Library database titles’ option to search for ebrary. Login to EZproxy using your Managed Windows Service (MWS) username and password when prompted (this authenticates you as a University of Liverpool user and allows you access). Click on the title ebrary and this will take you to the ebrary database. Note: To ensure full access please make sure your browser allows pop-ups from site.ebrary.com, and your cookies are enabled. Security certificate warnings in IE7: If you are using Internet Explorer, when connecting to ebrary (and some other Library databases which use the https protocol – secure http) you will see a security certificate warning. You should continue to the web
