You can access Cognos Planning from the Controllers Office website at the following link: http://www.stthomas.edu/controllersoffice/planning.htm It will bring you to Cognos 8 Welcome page, then click under Plan and Forecast Contributor. Then choose the UST Institutional Budget application.
