You have to enter the BIOS before your Operating System is loaded. usually this happens when you first start-up the computer. Normally you are asked to press DELETE or F2 to open setup. It will normally tell you what key to press to enter the setup. Inside the setup (your BIOS settings) navigate to where you can choose your first second and third boot-up options, and change the first one to HDD-0 rather than CDROM.
