How do I access Alerus Online?
To access Alerus Online simply follow these directions: • Access the Internet and go to Alerus Financial’s website at alerusfinancial.com • From the home page, click Alerus Online • Under Personal, select Bank Accounts • You are now at the log on screen for Alerus Online Signing on for the first time: • Log on to alerusfinancial.com • Click on the tab Alerus Online • Under Personal, select Bank Accounts • In the Access ID box, please enter your social security number • In the Password box, please enter the PIN we have provided • Press Submit For security reasons you will be prompted to change your Access ID and Password. • Enter a new access ID. The access ID may be six to 19 characters in length. The ID may contain alpha and numeric characters. • Enter a new password. The password may be eight to 16 characters in length and must contain at least one alpha and one numeric character. • Confirm your new password by entering it again. • Both the ID and password are case sensitive. • Press
