You must be able to view the account in Account Online before you can access it through Citi Mobile for Cards. If you open new accounts after you have enrolled in Citi Mobile for Cards, you must first enroll the new accounts in Account Online. You may add or delete accounts from the Manage Citi Mobile for Cards page within Account Online.
