This gets asked a lot. • Go to the Control Panel on the Windows 2000 box and select Users and Password. • Select the Advanced tab • Click the Advanced button • Double Click “Users” • Right-click a blank part of the right hand screen and select “New User” • Create the username/s (& password/s if one is specified) exactly the same as the one/s that is/are used on the other PC/s • Un-tick the “User must change password” box and tick the “password never expires” box unless you want them to change periodically.
