well two weeks sounds a little fast but i know about this rountine thats helped me get a decent 4 pack in about 2 weeks lie flat on the floor, put your hands underyour bed you can hold on to it then to leg lifts, just lift both legs in the air makes sure they arent touching each other and dont move your arms, and keep your back flat on the ground, do that for 1 minute then have 5 seconds rest, then do that again until you think you cant go on. then have 10 seconds rest, do crunches, they arent full sit ups, you just lie flat knees bent, arms behind your head, lift your self up until your feel a great deal of pressure, on your abs, dont do a full sit up make sure only a bit of your is coming off the floor. do it for 1 minute rest and then do it again till you fail this 3 min routine does work do it 2 times a day and you should get a six pack in about 3 weeks.
