How do fuel systems get dirty ?
Fuel systems can get contaminated and dirty in many different ways. Fuel can be bad right from the pump. Some components of fuel can breakdown under operating temperatures and form deposits which can cause incomplete combustion of fuel resulting in carbon buildup in injectors and carburetors. All of these condition only cause a more rapid progression of engine problems such as hesitation, stalling, rough idle and poor economy.
