How do FRSs migrate from the old ESLG to the new FRS EF?
An FRS at Levels 1 and 2 will migrate to ‘developing’. Those who have had a recognised form of external assessment at Level 3 migrate to ‘achieving’. Those who have had a recognised form of external assessment at Level 5 move to ‘excellent’. An FRS at Level 4 will migrate to ‘Moving towards excellent’ as an interim arrangement.
