How do “fraud” messages are taken into account during the calculation of the payouts?

Prior to monthly payout generation we summarize all the “fraud” data received from mobile carrier and from our own security department. Earnings from the messages that came from phone numbers without sufficient balance are deleted. It is deducted from the total payout sum. In this case the fine is not applicable.
