How do foreign adoption agencies prepare prospective adoptive parents?
Most adoption applicants learn about adoption agencies through families who have adopted, through their own family, friends at works, in church, in the community or through the internet. The prospective adoptive applicant touches base with the identified adoption agency for their orientation/counseling on the requirements to be adoptive parents.
