You will have to configure the firewall to accept the download from Mobile Lifeline. Some firewalls provide an interface that will allow temporary acceptance of an executable, while others require opening up a port to accept the download. Most firewalls offer the ability to accept file downloads from known sources and/or to open specific ports.
