How do Facility Partners achieve annual recognition?
Partners may apply for and receive annual recognition at one of four levels – Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze. The application process is simple: • Complete the necessary Mandatory Activities, Optional Activities and Mentoring Activities for the desired award level, during fiscal year 2010. • Ensure that your facility submitted its Baseline Survey after joining the FEC. • Submit the Annual Reporting Form for FY2010. • Submit the 2011 Award Application. To submit your Award Application to the FEC: • Login to the FEC reporting system at FedCenter. • Select “Request Award Application” from the FEC Reporting Menu in the left sidebar and submit a request for an Award Application form.
