How do facilitators create a “network of networks”?
Since our Network has no centralized database, facilitators can be an effective means of locating people across a number of different systems used by participants. A search for a contact with a specific set of skills, for example, may come up blank on Yahoo! or may not be among a facilitator’s contacts. To increase the chances of finding such an individual, facilitators frequently ask each other for help. In essence, facilitators create a network of networks.
