Exchange Server Archiver and PST Importer will give you the most efficient corporate email environment. Once Exchange Server Archiver has made your Exchange servers run more efficiently, mailbox quotas and PST files will no longer be needed. Existing PST files on your network can be found with PST Importer. You can then optionally import PST files into Exchange Server Archiver archive stores and retain end-user transparency. ‘Non-mail’ items such as calendars, contacts, and tasks can also be imported into the Exchange server.
