How do Event Cut Off dates work in the application?
The Event CutOff date is set by the system administrator using the DataMonitor tool. This is too prevent users from creating events after the specified date, to ensure academic scheduling is completed without concern of event conflicts. Once scheduling is completed, the administrator can push this date forward to the next cutoff.
