Cost savings reports are a key performance indicator within the Entec value proposition. The report metrics are agreed with the client using the Need2 application to monitor, build and deliver the savings reports. Tactical savings measured against previous cost, Strategic savings on projected spend, cost avoidance and inventory reduction can all be included within the parametrics.
