How do employers use the CRC?
There are really two distinct methods for businesses to use the CRC. The certificate can be considered along with other aspects of an individual s resume when making employment and training decisions by any employer in a similar manner of considering high school diplomas or GEDs relative to an applicant s academic skills. The CRC criteria can also be used as the sole-criteria or qualifier by companies using the WorkKeys® assessment system.
