How do employees complete the survey?

First you send us an excel spreadsheet (which we will provide a template for) with email addresses (and demographic information of all your employees if possible). If you have over 500 employees we will then apply a random sampling procedure and cut the participant numbers to 500. Once the participants have been selected they will be sent a unique web link to a safe and secure website where they can complete the survey. The survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete.
