How do employees adjust to living in Kuwait?
Combat Support Associates and CSA, Ltd. take care of employees’ visas, travel arrangements, housing and transportation prior to deployment. New employees are greeted upon arrival by a New Employee Arrival Team (NEAT) representative. All employees go through four days of new-hire training to learn important company policies and procedures. Additionally, a “sponsor” is assigned to new employees to help them adjust to living in a new country.
