How do e-Bills work with Bill Pay?
In addition to making payments, Bill Pay lets you receive and pay e-Bills online. Many of the companies on our Pay To account list can send e-Bills. To receive e-Bills, you must first add a Pay To account that offers e-Bills and then request e-Bills from the Pay To account. After your request has been processed, you’ll receive an e-Bill from the Pay To account within a month or so, depending on your billing cycle. You can pay the e-Bill directly, and you can also continue to make payments not associated with an e-Bill to the Pay To account whenever you need to.
