Developers establish the prices and subscription billing plans to be charged to Licensees (“License Fees”) who obtain a license to use the Developer’s Application. Intuit collects the License Fees and associated taxes from Licensees. Using the Intuit Partner Platform, Developers can establish different monthly pricing plans for the application. Each pricing plan is tied to the maximum number of Licensee users who use the application. Each monthly pricing plan must be at least five dollars ($5.00).
