Cyberlimbs attributes can only be modified by cyberlimb enhancements (p.343, SR4A) or the redlining optional rule (p. 44, Augmentation). When casting a Decrease [Attribute] or Increase [Attribute] spell on a character with one or more cyberlimbs, the spell’s minimum Force is based on the character’s natural attribute, and only their natural limbs are affected by the spell.
