• Minor – The semester that you fill out your degree petition (degree petitions are due the semester before you graduate) fill out the Minor Form and turn it in with your degree petition. • Certificate – The semester that you graduate, fill out the Certificate Form and turn it in to the department offering the certificate. Once your certificate is approved the department offering the certificate will mail it to you.
