• Customers who purchased the software before 30 June 2008 through a partner or reseller will automatically receive the new version via email, either through visionapp or their partner or reseller. Additionally you?ll receive information about upgrade & support packages available through your partner or reseller. • Customers who purchased the software with a one-year or three-year upgrade & support package via a partner or reseller will automatically receive the new version via email. You will also recieve information about upgrade & support packages direct from your partner or reseller. • Customers without an upgrade & support package will receive information about the new software and how to retroactively purchase an upgrade & support package through their partner or reseller (which will entitle them to the latest release).
