How do customers schedule appointments?
Customers may schedule appointments by visiting the BMV’s website, completing a brief scheduling form, and selecting an available 30-minute timeslot. Customers may schedule an appointment as early as 14 days and as late as two days before the appointment date and may complete as many as five transactions during a scheduled appointment. The BMV will send email confirmation that the appointment has been scheduled along with an email reminder two days prior to each appointment.
