How do customers refuel rental pool vehicles?
All vehicles are issued with a full tank of gasoline. If the vehicle requires fuel and is being operated in or around Lawrence, it can be fueled at the KU garage between 6-6 weekdays. Otherwise a credit card will be provided for fuel purchases. If for some reason the credit card is not accepted and the customer must purchase fuel with personal funds, the rental bill will be credited for the fuel purchase. The employee’s department will reimburse the individual on a travel expense voucher.
