How do customers redeem their Fuel Points at participating Shell stations?
Customers may redeem their Fuel Points at participating Shell stations by swiping their participating loyalty card, manually entering their card number or by entering their alternate ID at the pump, which will initiate the fuel savings. The Fuel Points will be reflected on the pump as well as on the customer’s receipt.
