How do customers prove that theyve made a payment?
When customers make payments through the EBPS web site, they get a complete record and verification of the payment. The verification may be printed on the customer’s computer printer. Since customers generally use their regular checking account or their credit or debit card, all payments will appear either on your bank statement or your credit card account. What happens if a customer changes bank accounts? Customers simply go to their profile page through the EBPS web site and provide a new authorization form, in accordance with the instructions shown there. This should be done once payment privileges are activated for the new account. As soon as the new account is open and funded, bills can be paid from it through the EBPS site, just as was done did before. The same thing holds true for credit or debit cards. If a customer’s credit or debit card account changes, they can just go to the profile page on the EBPS web site and provide us with the new credit or debit card information so th
