How do customer application refunds/returns get adjusted against our revenue share?
The end user (customer) refunds/returns are processed by the operators. Most operators have an adjustment time limit, typically 30 days from date of download, on the right of return. This means that the end users can return an application or request a refund for an application up to 30 days after the application was purchased. All applicable adjustments will directly affect the developers’ revenue share payments.
