How do credits work?
In the past if you went on a two-week vacation, your “paid through” date would have been extended for two weeks. For example, if your payment had been made through May 15th, it would have extended the payment through to the 29th. The new billing system does not extend your paid through date, it simply credits you the dollar amount for those newspapers on your next bill. This is easier for you to track and allows you to receive your newspaper bill at the same time during your payment cycle.
