How do Corporate Finance Advisors get paid?

0

Typically most of our compensation for financing, mergers, acquisitions and divestiture work is based on a success fee paid on completion of the transaction. However, part of this fee is payable as a non-refundable work fee or retainer at the commencement of the assignment. Depending on the nature of the work, fees may also be structured on a per diem basis. We seek to develop an ongoing relationship with clients, usually as a retained adviser. CFA has a long track record of successfully completing our work. The transactions reported on the transaction page represent a small sample of transactions we have recently completed. We strongly believe that a history of completed transactions is the best indicator of how effective an investment banker will be in completing a client’s transaction. Please contact Douglas Nix to discuss how CFA can assist with your corporate finance needs.
