How do contour lines bend on a topographic map to show a stream valley?
A stream valley is discernable on a topographic map by lines of equal elevation that run parallel to each other where the stream valley is on level terrain and converge in a “v” shape where the stream valley is on a slope. Parallel equal elevation lines may be nested where the difference in elevation between the edges and the center of the valley is great enough. A single countour line may run along the middle of the stream valley where it is on level terrain, but not always.WHY IN THE WORLD YOU WOULD GO FOR THIS ANSWER..? DO YOU THINK ITS TRUE? YOU SEE JUST HOW II CAME AND WROTE HERE ANYBODY COULD OF WROTEN HERE TO!! AND WROTE THIS UP HERE! SO DONT BELIVE THIS.
