There is an opt-out information in every message send out. Anyone can opt-out by sending a text STOP to 90837. SMS Connect will honor the following keywords from any mobile user to unsubscribe to our client’s list STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT To opt out of any specific keyword only, the message they have to send is STOP KEYWORD.
