How do Constellations work?
Typically the approach is used in a workshop setting with small groups of people who want to explore deeply felt family or organizational issues in a confidential and creative environment. Working with phenomenological data offered by the group and interpreted by the constellator, a constellation provides a living map of the key systemic elements that are impacting the issue.
