How Do Coniferous Plants Reproduce?
“Hi, this is Yolanda, from vanveenbulbs.com, and in this segment, we’re going to talk about how conifers produce, how do they reproduce, and how do conifer trees make babies. So, it’s really ex, a very simple thing; just like flowers and other plants conifers are trees, and they are pine trees so they’re evergreen. They have green leaves year round. They never lose their leaves all at one time, but they actually are losing their leaves consistently year round. They just lose a few at a time just like we lose our hair just a little bit at a time, and it’s always growing new leaves. And that’s the amazing part about conifers. But they do need to grow in a colder climate. They don’t seem to do well in climates that don’t have colder winters, so in climates where it’s warm year round it’s very difficult for conifers to grow. Conifers multiply very easily so their pinecones, they make pinecones, and this is how they make their babies. So, within the pinecones there’s lots of seeds, and so a
