How do companies recruit at HBS with MBA Career & Professional Development?
There are a number of ways a company can get involved with the Career & Professional Development office, depending on the company’s level of interest and available recruiting resources. At a minimum, companies may post a job description on our website. Many companies use this as their first step to recruiting at HBS. If companies are interested in increasing their profile among students, they often choose to participate in on-campus MBA Career & Professional Development-sponsored presentations and networking events, conduct a presentation off-campus, or arrange an educational content presentation through a club. Companies may also choose to interview students on- or off-campus during either the dedicated interview period, the post-dedicated period, or anytime later in the year. Our office provides companies with rooms for on-campus interviewing and facilitates the scheduling of interviews.
