How do colleges and universities get the results of my SAT or ACT tests?

Colleges receive your test scores through College Board (www.collegeboard.com).  Create an account on the website and register for a specific test date.  When you scores become available, go on the website and select the colleges you want.  College Board will then send out your reports to them.
