A. Joint Inventors are strongly encouraged to reach agreement among themselves as to the distribution of the inventors’ share of Distributable Royalties. Such an agreement should be in writing, and should be delivered to the Office of Intellectual Property. Refer to PM-64 for further details. Inventors are strongly encouraged to consult with OIP before entering into such an agreement.
