How do clothing sizes work for females? What is the difference between size 6 and 8?
I used to be a size 6, now a size 8. It’s one size difference, the same as the difference between a 12 and a 14. I used to think the size 8 clothes fitted me (I bought them because there was no size 6 made or available) and now realise a few of those items fit me much better now, and were in fact too big previously. So to conclude, a size 8 hoody will fit you if you’re size 6, but will fit you better if you’re a size 8. But then hoodys tend to come in small/med/large anyway! Gosh that was hard work.
