How do clients spend the time at a host venue?
Guests will begin to arrive in the late afternoon. Host venues are encouraged to admit guests at 6:00 PM to maintain consistency from venue to venue. Opening at this consistent time also encourages guests to arrive close to 6:00 PM and not much earlier. When guests enter the host venue, they will collect their sleeping gear and locate their sleeping location. They have dinner and conversation until about 7:00 PM. From 7:00 until 10:30/11 PM activities such as music, movies and board games are available. At 11:00 activities cease and lights are turned off. Bathrooms and an outdoor smoking area may be used through the night. Lights are on at 6:00 AM, and guests depart by approximately 7:00 AM.
