The DIVERT team examines participants’ overall recovery, including progress in academic and vocational activities. At the final Court appearance, clients “graduate” and are released from Court supervision. Upon graduation, Clients receive a Certificate of Dismissal from the District Attorney attesting that their case is dismissed.
