How do citizens pay for a license and how can a municipality monitor the payments?

Currently, PetData has two types of financial arrangements for municipalities. One method is to set up a bank account under the name of the municipality. The bank account is used solely for the purpose of collecting and disbursing funds that specific municipality. For example, PetData would set up a bank account at a local bank under the name of “PetData, Your City’s Animal Licensing.” Citizens of your municipality make their payments to “Your City’s Animal Licensing” and we deposit the money into the account.
