Surinder Brar: Cisco recently created two new e-learning courses to help IP-Telephony Specialized Channel Partners learn more about ROI and how to use CNIC – “IP Telephony ROI” and “Foundations of Finance.” The courses focus on key concepts of ROI, potential sales scenarios, likely questions for the prospect, how the results can be interpreted, and advice on responses to common questions. “IP Telephony ROI” includes four common deployment scenarios and provides instruction on how to gather information, input the information into the calculator, interpret results, present to customers and overcome objections. “Foundations of Finance” provides the key concepts necessary to perform a return on investment analysis as well as how to present return on investment information to the customer.
