We are constantly told at our Cellar Door that our Fortified Wines are smooth, rich and extremely drinkable. All of our Fortified Wines are chemical free and preservative free. Chemicals and Preservatives such as sulphur change the taste of Fortified Wine. The true taste of the grapes comes through very clearly with Castle Glen’s Fortified Wines. There is no sulphur or chemicals to dull the taste. Our Ports truly are smooth and rich, they taste fantastic!
