How do CareCircle programs comply with HIPAA requirements?
Although CareCircle is not a health care provider, our programs have been designed to provide a high level of privacy for employees who may be hesitant to share health information. Our privacy is provided in two ways: 1) Employers do not have access to their employees’ CareCircle programs (unless invited to participate by the employee) and 2) Employees are able to limit participation by specifying a secure, password-protected Web site.
