How do capitalists affect production?
Capitalists may contribute to the efficiency of factories in the state they’re located in. The exact contribution depends on a variety of factors, but rule of thumb is that you’ll need a capitalist headcount of more than 10-15000 to notice any difference. The bonus is capped at 50%. It applies to all factories in a state, not just one of them. Note that the culture of the capitalists doesn’t matter, and that the bonus depends on the total number of people in capitalist POPs, not the number of capitalist POPs.
