How do buyers get their rebate reward?
Buyers who have joined your MyStoreRewards program will receive all rebate rewards through their PayPal account 72 hours after they pay you. We designed MyStoreRewards so your buyer receives the FULL reward amount. Your buyer will not pay a PayPal fee to receive their rebate reward. Your MyStoreRewards program will issue your buyer rebate rewards directly from your PayPal account to your buyer’s PayPal account. You should keep a balance in your PayPal account to cover anticipated rewards. During sign-up, you will receive information on how to set-up your PayPal account to use MyStoreRewards.
